La Curacao is a retailer of electronics, home appliances, furniture, health and beauty products, books, and music based in Southern California.  They have chosen InterSystems’ Caché platform as the back end for their enterprise-wide retail application, which is responsible for point-of-sale, credit approval, inventory management, general ledger, and other critical functions.
